These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCU“) govern the legal framework for the terms and conditions of provision of the site and services by startpaperclip.com and define the conditions for access and use of the services by the “User“.

Providing users with software that allows them to manage their immigration paperwork and information that allows them to create and customize administrative and legal document models available on the site.

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at his own expense.

Non-member Users do not have access to reserved services. To do so, they must register by filling out the form. By agreeing to register for reserved services, the member User agrees to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their civil status and contact details, including their email address. To access the services, the User must then identify themselves using their username and password, which will be communicated to them after registration.

Any User who is regularly registered as a member may also request to be deregistered by going to the dedicated page on their personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time.

Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of www.startpaperclip.com.
